Cellcentric is a world-class fuel cell producer, built on the back of 30 years of experience from the Daimler Truck AG and the Volvo Groups.  The Burnaby Plant has been expanded to accommodate new warehouse and processing spaces. 

Dewick & Associates provided the Mechanical, Fire and Plumbing As-built Drawings for the project.  Our in-house drafting team used the Mechanical Contractor’s redline mark-ups and existing building CAD drawings to produce accurate as-built drawings in 2D-CAD format.  The systems included fire protection overviews; Mechanical services: AHU, chillers, split air conditioning, expansion tanks, gas roof top units and fans; and the plumbing systems sanitary sewer drainage, acid neutraliser, cold and hot water, and compressed air systems.  

The drawings were shared with the Mechanical Contractor and wider project team through our in-house secure shared drive, providing access to all CAD versions and PDF files for their use.
