Dewick & Associates worked with Builder, Vivian Constructions, to collate building documentation associated with refurbishment into a thorough, well-organised Builder’s Manual. The document includes key contact details and place holders for authority certificates and warranties, in addition to manufacturers’ literature, maintenance procedures and log sheets so body corporate can care for plant and equipment post-handover to ensure the longevity of their investment.
