To improve functionality and learning experiences, Flinders University upgraded its law and commerce building with a new trading room in which simulated financial trading can be experienced.   The existing fire services systems within the space have been modified and extended to accommodate the new architectural changes and include photoelectric smoke detectors, thermal heat detectors, emergency warning and intercommunication system (EWIS) speakers and new fire indicator panels.

Dewick & Associates provided the fire services O&M manual for the project, detailing the works undertaken and providing manufacturer literature on the equipment installed, collated with certificates, test reports and as installed drawings.
