Located within Cremorne, the up and coming creative / tech hub in Melbourne, this new commercial office building provides 3, 275m² net lettable area across seven stories with 360° views of the CBD, South Yarra and Richmond.

The building incorporates state of the art End of Trip (EOT) facilities including bike storage, locker facilities and shower; floor to ceiling glass façade enabling access to high quality daylight levels and exposed ceilings and services.  The building is striving for a 5 Star Green Star Rating.

Dewick & Associates have provided the wet Fire Service O&M manuals for the project to detail the site fire hydrants installation, fire booster assembly and building sprinkler system including associated pipework and ancillaries.
