Boandik provides care and individualised services to maximise the independence of individuals within Mount Gambier, in addition to providing a home for aged residents in the region.

The new $6 million Community Wellbeing Centre will be located on the existing site, providing a hydrotherapy pool with ramp access, an over 50’s gymnasium to accommodate twenty people, a treatment room, and an outdoor therapy rehabilitation area, in addition to change rooms and toilets, an activity space with kitchen and disability access, an IT hub for clients in the reception area, an outdoor gardening, activity area and community offices.

Dewick & Associates have provided the Electrical O&M Manuals for the project to detail the Electrical installation, including general power, lighting, emergency lighting, communications, security, nurse call, and free-to-air television systems.
