Eastwood Private Hospital is a 48-bed, six-storey hospital providing radiology, pathology and allied health services, along with orthopaedics, plastic surgery and endoscopy. The hospital will reduce waiting lists by admitting more than 7000 patients a year and has a multi-level car park, cafe and retail area.
Dewick & Associates provided Design and Construct (D&C) Mechanical Engineering Services for the project including detailed heat load analysis using thermal dynamic thermal simulation software and ventilation assessment of both outside and exhaust air systems to ensure compliance with the requirements of AS 1668.
