Dewick & Associates prepared the Mechanical Services O&M Manual for the works, comprised of a DX/Hydraulic Air Handling System and ChW / HHW Fan Coil Units. The O&M Manual details the scope of works, technical data and maintenance requirements for ongoing care on the installation. Dewick & Associates also provided a hard copy of the O&M Manual.
