Adelaide Festival Tower will become a prominent landmark building on the CBD cityscape, towering 115m above ground level with 360° views of the city and reaching as far as the coast to the west and hills to the east.  

The $1billion mixed-use development provides low level restaurant, cafe and retail tenancies along side 40,000sqm of 6* Green Star premium office space in addition to 1,500 car park spaces. The tower is located in the heart of the CBD within the Festival Plaza Precinct, adjacent to the Adelaide Central Railway Station for train, tram and bus links.  

Dewick & Associates have provided the  Mechanical and the Communications O&M Manuals for the project, inline with the stringent Green Star requirements.  Outsourcing of this task eliminated the time and hassle of preparing O&M manuals internally and ensured that the contractor provided an accurate, high quality and professional document at handover.
