Marriott have invested $110 million in a new 27-story hotel featuring 308 luxury rooms in the heart of the city. The hotel will be organised into two types of rooms: upper floors featuring 133 Autograph Collection rooms with “modern luxury with British whimsy and local flavour”; and lower floor housing 175 Courtyard Marriott rooms providing “sophisticated urban adventurers and business professionals seeking more for their travel dollars.”

Dewick & Associates have provided the Mechanical Operation and Maintenance manuals for the project incorporating detailed descriptions of the mechanical systems installed, how to operate the, suggested preventative maintenance tasks within extensive log sheets, fault finding workflows and technical data for the equipment.  The manual also provides sections for manufactures literature, certification, test results and As Built Drawings for the project.
