Originally constructed in November 1911 to provide 1000 dressing boxes for swimmers of the ever popular Bondi Beach, Bondi Pavilion has undergone numerous renovations and had many occupants including theater, change rooms to ice rinks and ballrooms to music festivals.  In this new chapter of its life, the The City of Waverley Council are funding a major renovation to the Bondi Pavilion to provide a contemporary multi-purpose community and cultural facility centre.   The existing fabric will be renovated and modified in line with the heritage and conservation requirements.

Dewick & Associates have supported the Mechanical Contractor in providing the O&M Manuals for the project with specific attention to detail in technical writing of system descriptions and controls / operational procedures.  Dewick & Associates will also provide the content of the mechanical elements of the CIBSE TM31 Logbook for this landmark building.
