Providing state of the art facilities to the city in a spacious and light environment, the 800 bed hospital is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in Australia providing clinical care for 85,000 inpatients and 400,000 outpatients per year.
Dewick & Associates provided full technical writing services for the mechanical services package of works including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, specialist ventilation and medical gases system. The O&M manuals were delivered using the online platform DOME.
In addition, Dewick & Associates provided support to the managing contractor through review of all services, builders manual content and detail review and rewriting of maintenance schedules including Structural Steel, Waterproofing, Landscaping, Generators, High Voltage Power, Concreting, Stormwater, Hazardous Gas Monitoring and Wet Fire Systems.
