Minda Incorporated have provided a Disability Support incorporating new accommodation and lifestyle hub in Brighton, SA.  The development provides residents with a choice of living styles, green spaces, community facilities and retirement living options with onsite support as required by each individual resident.

The project has been documented using online Aconex Smart Manuals.  Dewick and Associates supported FMS Commercial in the Mechanical Services technical writing and manufacturer literature collation for the multiple buildings and areas of this vast project including air conditioning and ventilation system.

The size of this project provided challenges at time due to the volume of documentation required, however Dewick & Associates’ tried and tested project tracking abilities ensured that documents we all categorised and accurately provided to FMS Commercial on time.
