We are pleased to welcome Andrew Laidler to Dewick & Associates as Client Coordinator for the Central West (Australia) – ACT, NT, SA AND WA.

Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience across residential, commercial and industrial construction. In his role, he works closely with clients throughout the Central and West regions to ensure projects are well managed, clearly communicated and delivered smoothly. His practical construction knowledge and hands-on approach give clients confidence that their projects are supported by someone who understands the realities of site and delivery.

Andrew began his career as a carpentry apprentice, building a strong foundation from the ground up. He progressed into senior leadership roles including Site Supervisor, Project Manager and Construction Manager, and has managed multi-million-dollar developments for organisations such as Hutchinson Builders and Schiavello Construction. His experience spans complex and high-profile projects, from defence remediation programs in remote communities to large-scale commercial innovation centres. This background shapes his solutions-focused approach and ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.

Andrew is excited to bring his experience to the D&A Client Coordinator role.
