Our Approach

Dewick & Associates work with each of our clients to provide a comprehensive package of documents to meet the specification / contractual requirements.

Although we have our own Operating and Maintenance manual template format, which we use for the majority of our clients and projects, this can be tailored to accommodate your own company’s requirements. Our manual format complies with the State and Federal Government and National University requirements. We can provide manuals in other formats or work with project-specific templates as required. We are also fully trained and experienced in providing online manuals such as Web FM, Zeutec, Aconex and OandMs.

All engineering works are by a qualified professional engineer, with years of experience within the construction industry. The extent of our involvement is up to you. We can assist your in-house engineering team with work packages for a project, or you can outsource the entire project for us to manage and complete, including discussion with builders, architects, or manufacturers.

As a valued client, you will always have direct access to our General Manager, Lou – she is always at the end of the phone, an email, or in-person if needed.
