I’m always excited to be working on Green Star / BREEAM  / LEED projects because I know that the design team has done their very best to reduce energy consumption, ensure that the occupants are happy and healthy, and that the overall environmental impact of the construction process and operation of the building is kept to a minimum.

But how can Dewick & Associates help you in achieving your goal of the construction of a 5* or 6* building?

To be able to achieve certification, the project team needs to submit documentation to demonstrate compliance.  As a contracting team, you may become engrossed in the on-site coordination / actual building works, which is of course what you do best, and then forget / push to the side the equally important (but possibly more boring) paperwork in line with the ESD framework / score card requirements.

Our proven outsourcing services are built around supporting you and the contracting team in providing technical construction documentation. Leading on from this, we have recently commenced supporting builders / contractors in the collation of their Green Star / BREEAM / LEED submission documentation.  Based on the project score card, we can form a bespoke collation / technical authoring works package to support the project which may encompass any or all of the following:

• Collation of complete evidence reports – provided by your trades / sub-contractors.
• Collation of dockets, meeting minutes and construction documentation to produce evidence reports.
• Technical authoring of evidence reports for submission.

On appointment, our skilled and knowledgeable team will detail out the full credit requirements and contact each trade to explain the credits that are applicable to them, the exact requirements and how they should present this. Sub-contractors are then able to upload evidence directly to our online portal, nucleus, which is fully accessible and transparent to you as the builder. We will follow up and chase the information as needed at relevant stages of the project.  Once all documents are collated, we will handover a package for you to submit to the project ESD consultant / assessor.
