AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE: HOTO, Spaces Plans, Handover Manuals
The Australian Government is increasingly investing in Defence and as such, we are seeing an increase in Defence construction projects across Australia. As with any Defence project, stringent building lifecycle documentation is required, which is managed through the HOTO (Handover / Takeover) process, inline with the requirements of the Defence Estate Quality Management Systems (DEQMS).
Dewick & Associates has extensive experience in and provides the complete collation and management of the HOTO process for Defence Construction projects including:
- HOTO: Checklist collating and management of the process
- Building Handover Manuals: Architectural / Structural
- Services O&M Manuals
- Spaces Plan Datasets
- As Installed Drawings – Architectural, Structural, Services
- Meta Data
- GEMS Data Loading (GDL)
Dewick & Associates are fully conversant with the stringent Defence requirements and can provide an efficient and cost effective solution for your projects.
