Dewick & Associates have provided Building Handover Manuals for each stage of the project, detailing emergency contact details, key product literature, certification, preventative maintenance requirements / essential checks and procedures of the installation to ensure longevity of the building element during the development.

In addition, individual Townhouse User Guides have been provided which provide specific details of individual dwelling such as literature on the appliances installed, schedules for finishes so that damage / replacement can be matched, locations of services i.e., power boards / television points etc. all enabling the owner / tenant to occupy and operate the townhouse effectively.
