Harcourt Road Care Village, in the heart of Harrogate, UK, is a new 80-bed aged care facility adjacent to a detached, 22-care suite apartment building. The facility has a basement car park that connects the two buildings, with care accommodation provided at Ground Level and on the upper floors. The Care Village is furnished with generous day space living accommodation, enhanced internal finishes, a bistro, a spa, a salon and landscaped external areas, along with new external roof terracing.

Dewick & Associates prepared the Mechanical Services O&M Manual for the works, comprised of items such as a LTHW system, a domestic hot and cold water system, sanitary fixtures and fittings, and VRF and LTHW air conditioning systems, in addition to HRUs, heater batteries, ducted exhaust systems, air curtains, LTHW radiators and CAV terminals. The O&M Manual details the scope of works, technical data and maintenance requirements for ongoing care on the installation.
