Dewick & Associates has prepared O&M manuals for several stages and services delivered for the complex, the most recent of which being a Mechanical O&M Manual on behalf of Climat Commercial for apartments within the On Park West and On Gibson stages. Works involved the supply and installation of reverse cycle multi-head, split ducted and wall mounted air conditioning systems, in addition to ducted exhaust systems serving amenities, laundries and general areas.

The O&M Manual details the scope of works, technical data and maintenance requirements for ongoing care on the installation.
