SA Health have expanded the existing Noarlunga Hospital Renal Unit, constructed a new Day Surgery Unit and provided dedicated paediatric spaces in the Emergency Department.   These works were part of the SA Government Transforming Health initiative across the state.

Dewick and Associates worked with OandMs and DCM Services to formulate the base Mechanical O&M matrix for the projects, working through the project scope to ensure that all elements of the Mechanical Services Scope were included in the online manual for use by the future Facilities Management Team.  Following on, Dewick & Associates provided technical writing and online O&M Management services for the Mechanical and Medical Gas elements of the intricate project.
