Through a joint venture, the City of Karratha, Rio Tinto and Lotterwest have funded the Wickham Community Hub which will provide a modern and efficient community facility comprising a Community Library and associated external courtyard; Early Learning Centre accommodating 50 children with associated outdoor play areas; Multi-purpose Rooms for community use; Youth Drop in Centre including internal and external areas; offices able to be leased to community organisations; external toilets and changing facilities at the Squash Centre building and a new water playground.

Dewick & Associates have worked with RCR Haden to provide the Mechanical and BMS O&M Manuals for the project using the online O&M Manual Platform Web FM. The project equipment comprises Variable Refrigerant Flor air conditioning, dehumidification plant, DX splits systems and multiple different ventilation systems.
