D&A provides our clients with a single point of contact for each project, so that Project Managers can focus on completing the project on site, instead of worrying about construction documentation.

All we need from you, is your Trade / Subcontractor Contact List.  D&A will then set up an online tracking sheet and a quick start-up meeting to discuss the project requirements. Once everything is settled, the project manager can step away and D&A will ensure the Builder’s Manual is comprehensively complete, making the process easy and hassle-free.

The builder has the capability to access the D&A portal at any given time and view the current status of all their trades, along with the real-time uploading progress. Additionally, the trades themselves can log in to the portal using their individual credentials to see the specific requirements needed to complete their part of the project.
