| Project Spotlight: Penderyn Distillery Fit Out
Dewick and Associates is thrilled to share the success of the Penderyn Distillery, a standout project located at the historic Hafod Morfa Copperworks site in Swansea. The project has beautifully integrated modern functionality with heritage charm, utilizing two Grade II listed structures (Whiskey Distillery and Bonded Barrel Store) alongside a brand-new Visitor Centre and shop. Project Spotlight: Erdington Industrial Park
Two new industrial units have been built, offering a combined floor area of 9,315m², on a brownfield site on the outskirts of Erdington. Dewick & Associates have provide a full complement of Construction Documentation – Mechanical O&M Manuals, CIBSE TM31 LogBook, & Building User Guide, on behalf of the mechanical contractor Davis and Brich Ltd for the project.
