Kelso Apartments, located at the base of the foothills within Adelaide’s prestigious eastern suburbs, is a five level, boutique apartment block containing 46 one and two-bedroom apartments. The building boasts balconies with boulevard, park and skyline views to make the most of the unique location and is complemented with ground level and under croft parking, in addition to visitor car parking and landscaping.

Dewick & Associates worked with Hutchinson Builders to provide an overall Builder’s Manual for the development, consolidating handover documentation from a variety of trades into one user-friendly manual. Trades included retaining walls, cladding, termite protection, waterproofing, ceilings and partitions, carpentry, rendering, structural steel, masonry, metalwork, tiling and splashbacks, in addition to mailboxes, storage cages, balustrading and handrails, panel lift doors, shower screens, doors and door hardware, flooring, windows, painting, landscaping and signage.

Furthermore, Dewick & Associates developed individual Apartment User Guides providing each Apartment Owner with key information on the building’s facilities, such as the location of and access to bike racks / car parking and garbage disposal procedures, along with apartment specific information including access and entry, lighting and air conditioning operation. Both manuals were provided in electronic and hard copy format.

Dewick & Associates utilised our internal processes and procedures to collate all information sourced and received from sub-contractors for display in a professional and easy to read format.
