The Southern Cross Care Labrina Village is comprised of forty individual rooms with ensuites and kitchenettes, in addition to common areas plus a hairdressing and beauty salon, all located on a spacious site in Prospect, a suburb just north of Adelaide CBD.

A new, purpose built common area has been constructed on the site, interconnecting with the existing buildings to provide a lounge and gym for resident use. Dewick & Associates has worked with Horizon Construction to provide the Builders Manual for new works, detailing the earthworks, block / brickworks, ceiling and partitioning, in addition to the structural elements of the build. The Builders Manual provides key hand over documents to the client in one clear and concise handbook.
