As part of Southampton Football Club’s wider initiative to enhance the match-day experience, two new hospitality venues were introduced in 2024: the Knightwood Lounge and The Dell Bar & Kitchen. These additions showcase the Club’s commitment to providing diverse, high-quality spaces for supporters on match-days, as well as premium venues for hire throughout the year.

The Knightwood Lounge offers a luxurious match-day environment with a Champagne Bar and refined hospitality, while The Dell Bar & Kitchen combines elevated pub dining with a relaxed atmosphere—bringing together entertainment and comfort in one space.

Our Role

Dewick & Associates was engaged by Parogon Contracts Ltd to deliver a complete Building Handover Manual to support the long-term operation and maintenance of both venues. Designed to be practical and easy to navigate, the manual ensures the new facilities continue to operate smoothly and efficiently well into the future.

Services Delivered

• Fully formatted Builder’s Manuals using Dewick & Associates’ structured documentation system
• Full technical authoring of Mechanical and Electrical Services O&M Manuals, including integration of as-installed drawings
• Preventative maintenance log sheets tailored to all building elements, supporting ongoing upkeep
• Close collaboration with the services contractor to ensure the most current technical data and specifications were captured
• Implementation of the D&A nucleus project portal for seamless collation and access to subcontractor information, including manufacturer literature, certifications, and warranties
