The ACCA previously occupied Levels 3 and 4 of the Adelphi Building, recently downsizing to only occupy Level 3.  The existing layout and services on Level 3 of the building have been modified to accommodate the new tenant needs including general and emergency lighting and small power.

Dewick & Associates have provided the Electrical O&M manuals and As Fitted drawings for the project, showing the modifications to the Level 3 Services.  Updating the existing CAD drawings of the building ensure that the building owner and any future user / tenant understands the systems installed.  This also ensures that all maintenance is carried out correctly and nothing is missed.
