Red Cliffs Secondary College is a public co-educational high school located within the Mildura district, providing education services for Year 6 to Year 12 students. The school has undergone a major redevelopment, involving a revamp of two thirds of the original school building. A large section of the school has been replaced with two new buildings providing a new administration centre, a lecture theatre, a serious study area, home economics facility and cafeteria. Other existing buildings have also been refurbished to house the relocated student locker area and general learning areas.

The design of the lecture theatre, car park and home economics areas will enable the outside community to use the facilities for general meetings and functions (catering provided via the home economics areas) without disturbing the main school and student areas.

Dewick & Associates worked closely with Devilees Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (Mildura branch) and Foreman-Sheean Electrical and Communications to provide O&M Manuals and As Installed drawings for the project. All documentation has been provided in line with the Victorian Government requirements including detailed descriptions, equipment schedules and Electrical As Installed Drawings to provide a complete package of handover documentation.
