Two Chamberlain Square is an eight-storey, 183 000 square foot building in the heart of Paradise, Birmingham’s most prestigious business and cultural precinct.  Building Services Now Group (BSN) provided the Mechanical and Electrical Services installation for the Levels 1-5 tenancy fitout, incorporating chilled water (ChW) and low temperature hot water (LTHW) fan coil units, associated pipework and flushing and dosing of existing ChW / LTHW pipework, in addition to distribution board modifications, general power, earthing, RCD protection, general and exit / emergency lighting.

Dewick & Associates provided two separate Mechanical and Electrical Services O&M Manuals for the project.  Each manual documented key project contacts, the scope of works with equipment schedules and maintenance procedures with accompanying log sheets, in addition to incorporating place holders for the insertion of testing and commissioning records and authority certificates.
