Grove Lodge, Admirals Walk, is a heritage building located in the heart of London.  The stunning house comprises a basement, ground and first floor levels, including multiple bedrooms, a cinema room, grand hall and orangery.  The building had deteriorated over time and was in need of an infrastructure upgrade, requiring the services of highly skilled contractors with attention to detail, to complete an upgrade inline with stringent heritage requirements.

The electrical services installation included main switchboard and distribution boards, a general power upgrade, general lighting and lighting control, an exit and emergency lighting system, an extensive access control and security system and fire detection. The mechanical services provided included the supply and installation of a condensing boiler and accompanying heating hot water equipment, underfloor heating, radiators and heated towel rails, air conditioning systems, supply and exhaust air systems, sewer pipework, cold water pipework and a wet fire system.

Dewick & Associates provided Mechanical and Electrical O&M Manuals to concisely detail the services installed, including system descriptions, equipment technical details, operating instructions, key project contacts,  manufacturer literature and warranties, maintenance procedures and fault finding.
