Orygen’s vision is for all young people to enjoy optimal mental health as they grow into adulthood.  Purpose-built and co-designed with more than 160 young people, the new Parkville facility allows for an integrated translational research institute and innovative platform for preventive clinical care in young people.

Dewick & Associates completed the Electrical Services O&M and Commissioning Report for EDC Solutions.

Dewick & Associates provided Green Star compliant Electrical O&M manuals and Commissioning Plan.  The documents were submitted as part of the evidence for achievement of the Management Credit M2.2 Commissioning and Tuning.  Both the O&M manual and Commissioning Plan provided details on the systems installed and operational descriptions.  The O&M manual then also detailed out the maintenance and fault finding procedures for each system, with the Commissioning Plan setting out the procedure for complete commissioning of the systems.
