The existing building reception and entrance areas have undergone a refurbishment including the installation of new energy recovery air handling units, VRF air conditioning systems, trench heating, supply and exhaust air systems, small power, lighting and sanitary and drainage systems. 

Following some concerns by the contractor on the content of manuals (provided by others) lacking in some areas, Dewick & Associates have provided comprehensive O&M Manuals including detailed system descriptions, operational instructions, maintenance instructions and supporting documentation.
