The Glen Shopping Centre, located in the suburb of Glen Waverley, south-west of Melbourne is being expanded to approximately 78,000m².

The newly refurbished Glen Shopping Centre is being delivered in five stages over a three year period providing a new town square with dining areas, a fresh food market hall and additional 240 retail outlets.  The works are due to be completed in early 2020.

Dewick & Associates have worked closely with BSA Allstaff Victoria to provide the O&M manuals for the Mechanical Services works for each Separable Portion including the Fresh Food Market Hall, Food Gallery and Fashion and lifestyle areas including the David Jones retail tenancy. Our technical writing services include detailed systems descriptions for each area of works and thorough understanding of the mechanical systems equipment installed and its operation.
