Mechanical Services O&M Manual | Provincial Courthouse, Robson Square Air Conditioning Upgrade, Vancouver BC – CA

The Law Courts building is part of the landmark Robson Square complex in downtown Vancouver, and was constructed between 1979 and 1983, housing thirty five courtrooms.  It has been recongnised as one of the world-renowned landmarks of downtown Vancouver for its innovative architecture and urban design. The architecture and landscape architecture have received multiple acclaims for excellence in design.

New mechanical upgrade works have been undertaken at the site, which featured new chilled water fan coil units and split ducted air conditioning units. Dewick & Associates prepared a comprehensive mechanical O&M manual on behalf of  contractor Just Mechanical. The manual included detailed maintenance log sheets, fault finding procedures and equipment schedules, along with a section for the Functional Description of the new Building Management System (BMS).
