CSIRO is a national science research agency with locations across Australia.  As with all buildings, the existing building stock houses ageing assets which need replacing at the end of their life.  Building 5 at Black Mountain has been provided with one new chiller and associated chilled water pump to improve the chilled water and condenser water system performance, reliability and provide some redundancy within the system.  Reliable plant and equipment is important for the operation of a building and the activities undertaken within it.

Dewick & Associates provided O&M Manuals detailing the installation of the air cooled chiller, chilled water pump and associated pipework and valving within Building 5.
