Located in between Parkville’s Biomedical district and Melbourne’s CBD, The Elizabeth North development comprises 70,000sqm commercial and retail development over multiple buildings with ground-floor retail frontage on Elizabeth Street.
Stage 2 of the project, an 18-storey flagship building, will be home to CSL Ltd’s new global headquarters including office accommodation, research and development facilities alongside collaboration hubs, a podium terrace, end-of-trip facilities, external laneways and a ground floor town square.
Dewick & Associates have provided the full base building and fitout Building Handover Manuals for the project on behalf of the Main Contractor. Dewick & Associates have collated all types of handover documentation from the sub contractors / trades including technical data sheets, warranties, cleaning and maintenance details and drawings to provide a comprehensive set of handover documentation for the building owner and tenants to ensure correct operation and maintenance over the life of the building.
