Building Handover Manuals | RAAF Woomera Building Works, SA

A number of existing buildings within the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base Woomera have been refurbished, including the upgrade of all communications, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services to the building to comply with the requirements of the Building Code of Australia.

Main works have been carried out in the following spaces in the Woomera Tech Area: Main Workshop, Store No.79, Main Switch Control Building, AOSG Office Headquarters; and Woomera Village: Woomera Hospital, Fire station, Compliance Office and Bellata Street.

Using the HOTO (Handover / Takeover) process, inline with Defence Estate Quality Management Systems (DEQMS), Dewick & Associates have provided full handover take over documentation for the project including O&M Manuals, As Installed Drawings and Meta Data for all submissions.  The documentation has been provided in line with the Defence standards and requirements.
