Drakes Supermarkets have built a new Distribution Centre located north of Adelaide CDB in Edinburgh North, South Australia. The 104,000m² site will provide the capacity for approximately 23,000 separate lines of products, including grocery, dairy and frozen food and an additional area for future development. The new facility has incorporated state of the art robotics systems as park of the warehouse picking system which will supply stores across South Australia.

Unley Property Group (UPG), the builder, have completed full construction of the facility including earthworks, metal work, concreting, facade works, doors and associated hardware, joinery, cabinetry, flooring, tactile indicators, fencing, termite control and painting. UPG also managed the service trades including Westside Services who provided Mechanical Systems on site and Tyrone Electrical who provided Electrical systems on site.

Dewick & Associates have worked with Westside Services and Tyrone Electrical to provide the Mechanical and Electrical O&M manuals for the project. In addition, we have used our detailed tracking system to provide the Builders Manuals for the project, working with UPG on this complex project.
