The SA Government has redeveloped an existing manufacturing site south of Adelaide to provide a mixed use precinct for industry, education, retail and residential living.  Tonsley’s innovation district provides the facilities for leading edge institutions and companies for collaboration within the key target sectors of mining and energy services, health, medical and assistive technologies with the aim for SA businesses to move through the market chain to compete in global markets.  Tonsley is recognised as Australia’s first redevelopment to be awarded a 6-Star Green Star Communities rating, making it a world-leader in sustainability.

The centre of the Tonsley Innovation Precinct is the Main Assembly Building (MAB) – an existing overarching structure which houses numerous tenancies and new buildings. Tenancy 4 is a striking new building at the entrance to the MAB comprising three separate tenancies including space for innovative manufacturing facilities, lab area, clean room and offices.

Dewick & Associates has provided the Electrical O&M manuals and As Installed drawings on behalf of SKS Technologies, the project Electrical Contractor, detailing the general and emergency lighting systems, power, communications and access control systems.  The O&M manuals and drawings are compliant with the SA Government template requirements.
