The 30-story Kodo Apartments building will be the tallest residential tower in Adelaide. Located on Angas Street, just a short stroll Victoria Square and Adelaide Central Market, the building accommodates two hundred and four one, two or three bedroom and Penthouse apartments with outdoor terraces, private parking garage for residents, communal gardens and ground floor commercial space on both Angas and Street and the new Urban Plaza.

Tyrone Electrical engaged Dewick and Associates to provide the Electrical O&M manuals for the project. The hard copy manuals provide the building users specific details on the power, lighting, MATV, and security systems installed, suggested fault tracing charts, preventative maintenance sheets and manufactures literature associated with the equipment installed.
