Parks Canada Agency (PCA) have constructed a new two storey five-plex building and a two storey duplex building on Patricia Street, Jasper, Alberta to provide staff housing for the area.  The new buildings are provided for park staff and employees to use as temporary accommodation when working in the region.

Providing separate handover documentation for the 5-plex and duplex projects, Dewick & Associates have ensured that all electrical services are documented including that of the incoming electrical supply, small power, lighting and emergency / exit lighting and communication / security systems.  The O&M manuals provide full systems description of each element of the installation, supporting technical documentation and preventative maintenance logs sheets / tasks for action during the life of the building.
