The new building accommodates open plan offices, enclosed individual offices, meeting rooms, training rooms and workshop and storage areas.  The building has been developed with Environmentally Sustainable Design practices front and central, targeting a Green Star Design and As Built 4 star rating.

The submissions ranged from technical reports to drawings mark ups and supporting documentation proving and showing compliance with the credit requirements.
