Founded in 2001, Richmond Pharmacology is a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO), located in the heart of London. The CRO carries out early phase clinical trials across numerous medical conditions with patients and healthy volunteers.

Dewick & Associates have provided the Mechanical and Electrical Operation and Maintenance Manuals for the Richmond Pharmacology tenancy alterations at Axe & Bottle Court and 70 Newcomen Street, London. The O&M Manuals provide details on the systems installed, how to operate them and also the preventative maintenance requirements to avoid faults / breakdowns as the systems age. In addition, we have provided an Asset Register of all equipment requiring maintenance, which enables the Facilities Management team to monitor and report on the operation and condition of equipment on a regular basis.
