68 Mollison Street is a multi-storey office building in Abbotsford, Victoria, offering warehouse style office spaces within the CBD fringe, with easy access to the Eastern and Monash Freeway and in close proximity to public transport.

In early 2021, Dewick & Associates provided design & construct engineering services for the project including building heat load analysis using dynamic thermal software and an AS1668 amenities and outside air ventilation assessment for the building.  A comprehensive engineering report was issued to detail the building performance.

Dewick & Associates will provide mechanical contractor Elite Mechanical Solutions with a mechanical services operating & maintenance manual as the project nears completion, detailing the scope of works, technical data and maintenance requirements for ongoing care on the installation.
