Anytime Fitness, one of Australia’s fastest growing franchises, opened its new 450m² Geelong facility in 2021. As a 24-hour health and fitness club, the company operates over 4,000 locations throughout 30 countries, providing its members access to gymnasiums all over the world.

Dewick & Associates provided Design and Construct (D&C) Mechanical Engineering Services for the project including detailed heat load analysis using thermal dynamic thermal simulation software, ventilation assessment of both outside and exhaust air systems to ensure compliance with the requirements of AS 1668, PDF marked up drawings for drafting by others, and a National Code of Construction (NCC) Section J (Mechanical) Compliance equipment selection assessment.
