The Ballarat Rail Line upgrade has been undertaken to improve service provision and station facility to service the growing communities in Melbourne’s outer west and Ballarat areas.

BSA Build has provided the mechanical services installations at five railway station upgrades: Ballan, Bacchus Marsh, Rockbank, Toolern and Wendouree.  The installations include evaporative cooling, variable refrigerant volume air conditioning, outside air, toilet exhaust and general exhaust systems.

Dewick & Associates have provided combined Mechanical O&M manuals for all five stations detailing the scope of works and system descriptions, mechanical systems design criteria, operating instructions, fault finding, equipment schedules, commissioning results, certificates and drawings.
