Calvary is one of the largest Catholic health, community and aged care providers in Australia, with four existing hospitals in South Australia. The existing Calvary Wakefield Hospital and Calvary Rehabilitation Hospital will soon be replaced by a $345million hospital development located within the heart of Adelaide to meet the increase in demand for the high quality services provided.
The new 12-storey, 340 bed capacity facility includes a private 24-hour emergency department, in addition to orthopaedic, cardiac, neurosurgical and rehabilitation specialties.
Dewick & Associates have worked with BSA All Staff Adelaide to provide the Mechanical O&M Manuals for the project using the online O&M manual platform WebFM including technical writing, asset creation, and organisation of documents to ensure that all equipment is represented for handover to the client and building users.
