Mechanical Services O&M Manuals | Sydney Metro City and Southwest Station Upgrades, Dulwich Hill – NSW

Sydney Metro is the primary public transport provider for metropolitan New South Wales.  The aging network on the T3 Bankstown Line, between Sydenham to Bankstown, has undergone significant upgrades to the current metro standards.  Works have included platform reconstruction, accessibility provision, bridge upgrades and track / signalling and communication modification. Existing stations along the line have been redeveloped including air conditioning and ventilation provision to the following stations:

  • Artarmon
  • Campsie
  • Southern Drive
  • Canterbury
  • Dulwich Hill
  • Lakemba
  • Punchbowl

Dewick & Associates have provided Mechanical O&M Manuals inline with the New South Wales Government template standards and requirements.  The O&M manuals have provided detailed description of the new chilled water, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and reverse cycle split type air conditioning systems installed including detailed equipment schedules, manufacturers literature, detailed maintenance log sheets and fault finding procedures.  The manuals have been provided with space for key project documentation such as commissioning results, certificates and as installed drawings.
