Mechanical O&M Manuals | London Business School B Wing Refurbishment, London – UK

London Business School (LBS) was founded in 1964 and joined the University of London in 1965. The main campus an iconic building designed in the 1800s located in Sussex London overlooks one of the country’s famous Royal Parks. The campus has had many extensions since the 1960s, and is surprisingly peaceful and intimate, with thoughtful design creating attractive spaces for the student community. LBS maintains several facilities, including a sports centre, restaurant, three cafes and a library, all dedicated to the exclusive use of its community. There is also a privately run pub, ‘The Windsor Castle’ attached to the campus. The School offers post-graduate degrees in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management Science and Operations, Marketing, Organisational Behaviour and Strategy and Entrepreneurship.

Dewick & Associates prepared the Mechanical Services O&M Manual for the works, comprised of  Mechanical Ventilator Heat Recovery and VRF Air Conditioning Systems. The O&M Manual details the scope of works, technical data and maintenance requirements for ongoing care on the installation.
