From new build to adaptive re-use, Hyatt Centric hotels fit a variety of development needs, with a design approach that allows for location-specific customisation.  Hyatt Centric Melbourne features 277 guestrooms and a restaurant inspired by Melbourne’s local foodie scene. Each spacious guest room features locally inspired design elements, with dedicated spaces to work, sleep, and play.

Dewick and Associates completed Mechanical Services O&M Manuals and Commissioning Plans for the project. The manual included the scope of works, system descriptions divided over the project’s , equipment schedules, place holders for authority certificates and commissioning results, in addition to maintenance log sheets for the care of assets post-handover.  In addition to a Commissioning Plan, Dewick & Associates provided ITP and pre filled test sheets to aid the commissioning process.  The documents were provided in alignment with Management Credit M2.2 Commissioning and Tuning.
